To read more about his journey with his own words:

I'm Md Anas, a 23-year-old with a dual role in education and community leadership. I serve as an MCP teacher at JCF and hold the position of principal teacher at a community high school. Hailing from Maungdow township in Thinn bowkwa, Myanmar, my commitment to education and community development led me to my current address in Bangladesh, specifically Camp 20, Balukhali 2, Ukhiya, Cox's Bazar. I'm deeply passionate about empowering individuals through education and making a positive impact in both Myanmar and Bangladesh.

I am currently participating in the (RCBP), which is a comprehensive six-month program covering a wide range of topics. These include professional writing, research methodology, journalism, human rights, effective advocacy, leadership skills, civic education, project management, organizational behavior, the history of Rohingya and Myanmar, international justice mechanisms, documenting human rights violations, women's rights, and gender-based violence. RCBP offers a holistic learning experience, equipping participants with essential knowledge and skills to address critical issues in our community and beyond.

The (RCBP) has been a transformative experience for me. Among the many valuable topics covered, what I've learned most significantly is the art of documenting human rights violations. This skill has opened my eyes to the importance of preserving evidence and advocating for justice. However, the best thing about RCBP goes beyond specific topics; it has fundamentally changed me into a more gentle professional with enhanced creativity. Through the diverse curriculum spanning from professional writing to leadership skills, RCBP has empowered me with the tools to effectively address issues related to human rights, gender-based violence, and more. It has been a remarkable journey of personal and professional growth.

My dream has always been to be a strong and compassionate leader within my community. This aspiration remains unchanged, as I continue to strive towards becoming an exemplary figure who can make a positive impact on the lives of those around me. Through my experiences and the knowledge gained from (RCBP) I hope to lead and guide my community towards growth, unity, and prosperity. My dream is to harness the valuable insights and skills I acquire from (RCBP) to effectively address the needs and challenges of my community, fostering a better future for all.
